                                                ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

                                                            APRIL 3, 2013

10:00 A.M.      Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Ellen W. Abelson,

                        Richard B. Gorden and Mark J. Mazur

1. The Board discussed the recent issuance of Forms of List to homes that

are not an owners primary residence.

2. The Board denied a Fiscal Year 2013 Clause 17D exemption application

for the owner of parcel 124-27.

3. The Board examined bids for Fiscal Year 2014 personal property revaluation work. The Board selected the low bidder G&K Associates.

4. The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2013 applications for

abatement for the owners of the following parcels or personal property accounts:

                        Parcel # 111-32           Granted

                        Parcel # 135-5             Denied

                        Parcel # 119-29           Granted

                        Parcel # 84-110           Granted

                        Acct # 19877              Granted

                        Acct # 118                  Denied

                        Acct # 38465              Granted

                        Acct # 12                    Granted

5. The Board will hold their next meeting at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday 

April 10, 2013.

6. The Board decided we should order magnetic car signs for the vehicles that are used for office business.
